Welcome to Sunny Clouds Childcare Services. By enquiring about, booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Services
Sunny Clouds hChildcare Services provides childcare support including, but not limited to, babysitting, nannying, event childcare and childcare consultations.
All services are subject to availability and suitability.
2. Bookings
All bookings and childcare arrangements are subject to confirmation by Sunny Clouds.
Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee availability or secure a booking.
3. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed prior to the secure bookings.
Where applicable, deposits may be required to secure bookings.
Invoices must be paid by the stated due date.
4. Cancellations
Cancellation and refund arrangements are governed by the Sunny Clouds Refund Policy and any specific terms agreed in writing.
5. Child Information
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their child, including medical information, allergies, emergency contacts and any additional support needs.
6. Safeguarding and Welfare
The safety and wellbeing of children is our highest priority.
Sunny Clouds reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminates services where safeguarding, health, safety or welfare concerns arise.
7. Emergencies
In the event of an emergency, Sunny Clouds may seek appropriate medical assistance and will make reasonable efforts to contact the parent, guardian or emergency contacts as soon as possible.
8. Liability
Sunny Clouds will take all reasonable care while providing childcare services. However, we cannot accept responsibility for circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Sunny Clouds reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
